Turbo Fire Chalene Johnson’s Interval Training Workouts

These exercises videos created by a lady called Chalene Johnson, she is a fitness expert that has been doing “Turbo” things for years, such as Turbo Kick, Jam and Fire as the latest and hardest. This Beach Body workout designed to help you get sexier and leaner body just in 90 days with performing explosive moves that burn more your calories and fat effectively and efficiently.

How it works?

The secret of successful of Turbo Fire is HIIT (High Intensity Internal Training). The method of High Intesnsity Internal Training or simply Interval Training was announced and developed by Dr. Woldermar Gerschler, a coach of German runner’s team. He developed an intervals training regime to improve the speed of his athletes. The method was based on heart rate not on timed intervals. Woldermar would have his runners do short sprints to achieve a heart rate of 180 bpm (beats per minute) and when the heart rate dropped back down to 120 bpm, the athlete would do run. If the heart rate remained increased to above 120 bpm for more than 90 seconds, the run was reduced in length or intensity.  Almost all of his runners that utilizing his Interval training were successful and set world records. Additionally most HIIT today include some aerobic workouts during the recovery time and utilizing time intervals instead of using heart rate measurement as Mr. Woldermar did.

In Turbofire, Chalene Johnson will utilize high intensity interval training workouts as a core of your fitness programs. Each HIIT workout is about 15 – 20 minutes, it may sound easy but actually you will do it all-out.
