1. Consider your diet and habits.

Men are generally more indifferent about diet. Most man including myself will eat any food when they are hungry and it’s usually with a big portion. Most of my female friends felt horrified when they saw me eating. They thought I was greedy, but actually I just ate with my own portion which more than theirs.

The next step is you have to eat healthy foods. Generally it is green vegetables and fruits. Why? Most instant meals sold in supermarkets are rich in sweeteners and preservatives. Of course, the bad effect is weight gain and can lead to chronic diseases if it has accumulated in large quantities in the body.

Try to spend some of your valuable time to buy some food for your dinner instead of eat instant noodles while watching TV. Then you can change your habits of drinking alcohol and soda with water, milk, jus or coffee.

3. Make some exercise in a week.
