Many people are willing to do anything to lose weight, starting from dieting, fasting, diet pills and take surgery. But did you know that you can lose weight just by doing some simple exercises. Yeah, it’s true. It sounds easy but actually requires a commitment from you.
I believe that all people often doing this kind of exercise, either when you are in the home and outside the home. It’s just not optimized for the purpose of losing weight. Walking is also one of exercises that I like the most, because it does not require me to buy any sophisticated equipment and too much time for preparation. I often do it in the morning and in the afternoon, while enjoying the scenery. It is recommended to walk as far as 2 -3 miles in order to get the desired results.
2. Weight training
This exercise is usually done by men, but based on some research explained that weight training is also good for women. Some of the benefits provided, including: prevent osteoporosis, reduce the risk of obesity, increase bone density, strengthen muscle tissues and help you lose weight. For those of you who are beginners, you should do this exercise carefully and do not use a weight that is too heavy for you to prevent injury.
3. Play a sport
This is one form of exercise that I least like to lose weight, because besides effective it is also fun to do. I am sure you will often lose track of time in doing exercises. Sports that you can do, including: soccer, basketball, swimming, cycling, and much more.
4. Climb the stairs
This exercise has a higher impact than walking in burning calories, so the result will be faster you feel. You can try to change your option from using the elevator into using the stairs. Let’s just say it’s a small investment for the health and fitness of your body.
