What is the Shaun T Insanity?
The Shaun T Insanity is a 60-day extreme fitness program created by Shaun Thompson that will push you to your limit and then past them, so that you need to prepare yourself physically and mentally before take these workouts for the next 60 days. The Beachbody insanity doesn’t require any fitness equipment. You only need a TV, a DVD player, the DVDs and your own body weight.
Shaun T Insanity contains 10 different DVDs including Max Cardio Conditioning and Abs, Max Interval Plyo, Max Interval Circuit, Core Cardio and Balance, Cardio Abs, Pure Cardio and Abs, Cardio Recovery, Cardio Power and Resistance, plyometric Cardio Circuit and Dig Deeper & Fit Test. They are designed for you to rotate in a rate of one workout DVD per day and six days a week.
- Max Cardio Conditioning & Abs (50 minutes): This cardio workout will push yourself to your limit.
- Max Interval Plyo (55 minutes): This extreme workout focused on your legs with plyometrics and power.
- Max Interval Circuit (60 minutes): This workout is more intense with Max Interval Training.
- Core Cardio & Balance (40 minutes): This workout will take a break after month 1 and gear up for month 2.
- Cardio Abs (20 minutes): Build rock-hard abs with these explosive intervals of core and cardio moves.
- Pure Cardio & Abs (40 minutes): A nonstop, extreme cardio workout.
- Cardio Recovery & Max Recovery (80 minutes): This simple workout helps you to be ready for the next round.
- Cardio Power & Resistance (40 minutes): Designed to build lean muscle with power moves and strength training.
- Plyometric Cardio Circuit (40 minutes): A combination of sweat-inducing cardio workouts with intense lower-body plyometrics to help you burn fat effectively.
- Dig Deeper & Fit Test (30 minutes): This workout will test your endurance.
