I love dancing, especially when it comes with energetic music. I can do it for a long time. Not only make me happier, more excited but also make my body healthier. With out made me realize it before, I had sweating a lot.

There are several dance fitness DVDs that you can choose from. I don’t own all of them, so my review may be different from the reviews from those who actually own them.
Zumba is my favorite dance fitness DVD. It think that it is easy to do the moves and I really enjoy the music. My friends in the office’s gym also playing Zumba for our workout, even they hired a Zumba instructor for it.

I can say it is fun, very fun if you doing it with your friends. It is beginner friendly so you do not to worry because the moves is easy to follow and won’t exhausting your body too much, I think.

– Zumba Fitness Total Body Transformation System DVD Set
Another great dance fitness DVD. The energetic moves was easy to be followed. It also come with a pair of small stick. It think it is as a replacement for dumbbells. Not everyone can dancing with dumbbells in their hands. Including me, of course. The programs including 4 DVDS.
– Zumba Fitness Gold Live It up DVD Set for the Baby Boomer Generation
A slow, low intense workout program with fun dancing music. Even a 60 years old Granma love it. (Not my grandma).
– Zumba Fitness Dance Party
Not a fitness video, only contains a series of energetic music that suitable to play during workout.
Beachbody is a well-known company for it’s exercise DVDs. You may be ever hear about Tony Horton’s P90X or Shaun T’s Insanity. Those are some popular exercises video produced by Beachbody.
Among their collection, Beachbody also sell dance fitness DVDs, including:
– Shaun T’s CIZE Dance Workout
It was designed with powerful moves to shape the body, also packed with fun music. I don’t think it will suitable for beginner or somebody that seldom move their muscle.
The workout is pretty intense, I think.
But if you are looking a fitness video that can shape your body, not just for fun then this DVD may be for you.

Do you love disco or may be rock?
If your answer is “yes”, then this dance fitness DVD will suit for you. It is really fun.
– Hip Hop Abs DVD Workout.
Another fun dance fitness video. I like it. Great for cardio. You will get also tape measure, measurement card, workout calendar and nutrition guide along with the DVDs.
Music is good to get our mind peace, especially religious music. As far as I noticed, I rarely found people do some exercises using this kind of music. Maybe, because it merely focuses on the body.
But what if tell you that it really exists, a dance fitness exercise that using religious music.
A group of people developed a kind of dance program that impact not only the body but also the mind and soul. This program called as The Refit Revolution or just Refit for short.
You will not found any trouble with this dance fitness program. The moves are pretty easy to do, so it can accommodate all fitness levels, genders and ages.
4. Belly Dance
At first when I played the belly dance fitness DVD, I believed I was watching a Hollywood movie. Fortunately, it turned out I did not make a mistake, it’s really a dance fitness DVD.
As the name suggest, it is a dance fitness program that design to develop our abdominal and pelvis muscles.
It is really a beautiful dance, I think.
The interesting part is that the Belly Dance not sell dance DVDs, but also costumes for dancing.
So, it will help you to look like a real dancer (even if you cannot dance wellJ )
5. Street dance
If you are looking for a fun fitness dance with great choreography, then perhaps street dance is the right dance fitness DVD for you.
Designed with a fast pace, and fun music to make you sweating a lot without making you realize the time flies by.
However, in my view the street dance fitness program is not for everyone, especially beginners. There a lot of things that need to catch up first. Sometime it is really hard to do the moves well.
As the saying goes; no sacrifice, no victory.
6. Latin dance
This dance fitness program is also not for everyone, because you will need a partner in order to do properly.
As Latin dance is a term in partner dance competition jargon and originated from Latin America.
If you and your partner love to dance together, then this type dance fitness may be suit you very well.
